Heat Treatment
To relieve casting stresses and deliver the specified mechanical properties, castings are heat treated in a controlled, fully-recorded cycle — so every batch leaves with documented, repeatable metallurgical results.
- Oil-fired bogie hearth furnace with temperature control.
- Temperature-cycle recording with a graph generated for every heat treatment cycle — full documentation of each batch.
- Capacity per cycle — 20 MT.
