In-house pre-machining at Bhuwalka Castings
We have brought all our machining in-house — every machine now runs at the Bhuwalka Castings facility itself. This lets us carry out pre-machining on our castings before dispatch, so our customers receive dimensionally sound, defect-free castings that go straight into their finish-machining lines with confidence.
Four heavy Double Column VMC machines
Our pre-machining is done on four large, heavy Double Column VMC machines. Their rigid twin-column construction and large tables handle heavy castings with stability — delivering pre-machining accuracies of 50–100 micron.
